黑色无砷锂铝硅微晶玻璃存在独特的光谱特性,可见光范围内透过率较低,700-800nm波段快速上升,近红外区间透过率较高。总体来讲,类似三角函数的波形。因此,可使用公司历史可见光数据,推算近红外的透过率数值。近红外数值,用于评估以加热丝辐射放热的电陶炉的能耗利用率。以波长为X轴,透过率为Y轴,使用600、630、650、670、700nm等数据拟合cos函数,相关度要求高于0.998。使用拟合的cos函数推算900nm处近红外的透光率。
The black, arsenic-free lithium aluminosilicate glass-ceramic exhibits unique spectral properties: it has low transmittance in the visible light range, a rapid rise in the 700–800 nm band, and high transmittance in the near-infrared region. Overall, its spectral transmittance curve follows a trigonometric function-like waveform. Therefore, the company's historical visible light transmittance data can be used to infer near-infrared transmittance values. These near-infrared transmittance values are employed to evaluate the energy utilization efficiency of ceramic stoves that generate radiant heat through heating filaments. By taking wavelength as the X-axis and transmittance as the Y-axis, fit a cosine function using the transmittance data at 600, 630, 650, 670, and 700 nm, with a required correlation coefficient greater than 0.998. The fitted cosine function is then used to calculate the near-infrared transmittance at 900 nm.
