HIV-1 integration sites in the absence of host factor SETD2 and MLL1.

This study investigated the role of host factors SETD2 and MLL1 in the site selection of HIV-1 integration. It was a part of the study to understand the connection between LEDGF/p75's function in transcription and LEDGF/p75's role in HIV-1 integration by studying LEDGF/p75 ChIP-Seq data. Integration libraries were pooled for sequencing and separated based on barcodes (10 nucleotides unique to each sample).
