Perivascular adipose single nucleus sequencing before and after vein graft in mice

This dataset includes single nucleus RNA sequencing of perivascular adipose tissue from young male mice before and after vein graft surgery. Mice were pre-treated for 7 days with either control or methionine restricted diet. The post-operative sample was collected 1 day after the vein graft. Two biological replicates are included in each group for a total of eight individual samples.
