Parcels

Originally created in the late 1990s by digitizing in the assessor's pages, rubber sheeted & georeferenced into a coordinate system, and seamlessly edge matched into a parcel fabric (not the ESRI parcel fabric). Since, the data has been updated by replacing the digitized parcel boundary lines with engineering drawings received from the recorder's office as parcel boundaries were altered or created.该数据集最早于20世纪90年代末通过如下流程制作：对估价员的地块档案页进行数字化处理，经橡皮膜几何校正（rubber sheeting）与地理配准至指定坐标系，再经无缝边缘匹配后整合至地块要素集（parcel fabric）（非ESRI地块要素集）。后续，当地块边界发生变更或新增时，工作人员会采用不动产登记办公室提供的工程图纸替换原有数字化地块边界线，以此完成数据集的更新。
