Recruitment Job-Postings Text Classification Results (AI \/ Environmental Protection \/ Other), China(2014\u20132023)

This dataset contains structured recruitment job-posting records and their text-classification results. Each row corresponds to one posting collected from public recruitment platforms. We provide 22 fields including company information, years, job title, city\/district, min\/max monthly salary (RMB), free-text job description, education, experience, headcount, employment type, platform, locations, posting\/closing dates, source, etc. The last column \u201clabel\u201d is the classification result with three classes: Artificial Intelligence (\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd), Environmental Protection (\u73af\u4fdd), and Other (\u5426). Labels were generated by a rule-guided triage followed by large language model inference with retrieval augmentation; manual spot-checking was performed to verify consistency. All text is in Chinese and UTF-8 encoded.Intended uses include text classification, domain-drift analysis, and HR analytics. Personally identifiable information is not included; company addresses remain at organization\/location level only. This dataset accompanies our manuscript submitted to IEEE Access and is provided for research and educational purposes.
