The purpose of this data set was to measure how the expression of selected genes is affected by use of oral tenofovir disoproxil fumarate/emtricitabine for prevention of HIV infection. RNA were measured by reverse transcription followed by ddPCR from samples taken from several studies during treatment with daily oral tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) or TDF/emtricitabine as compared to off-treatment samples. <br>The Excel file contains cleaned and summarized data. The TAR file contains the raw data and can be used to produce the Excel file.
