The p53 inhibitor MDMX is overexpressed in the vast majority of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Utilizing hematopoietic stem cells from four non-leukemic/pre-leukemic murine models, we performed bulk transcriptomic analysis to evaluate the impact of Mdmx overexpression. Flk2- Lin-Sca-1+Kit+ (LSK) cells were sorted from the bone marrow of wild-type, Mdmx-Tg, Pu.1-URE-/-, Mdmx-Tg/Pu.1-URE-/- murine models. Three replicates were sequenced for each cohort.
