A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the grassland ecosystem at Jingyangling Station from 2018 to 2024

This dataset includes the flux observation data of the grassland ecosystem at Jingyangling Station in the upper reaches of the Heihe River Basin from 2018 to 2024. The station is located on a cold meadow surface in the Jingyangling, Qilian County, Qinghai Province. We processed the raw observation data based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In this dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
