The evolution of the East Asian summer monsoon in the Songnen Plain recorded by the chromaticity and magnetic susceptibility of Harbin loess since 195 ka.

This document contains detailed information about the Huangshan section, including magnetic susceptibility, chromaticity, and reconstructed mean annual precipitation (MAP) and mean annual temperature (MAT) (Table 1). It also provides data on magnetic susceptibility, chromaticity, MAP, MAT, and latitude/longitude coordinates for sandland sampling sites (Table 2). Figure S1 presents a correlation heatmap analysis of various indicators from the Harbin loess (Figure S1), while Figure S2 compares the magnetic susceptibility of Harbin loess, Xifeng loess, and Luochuan loess (Figure S2). Additionally, it includes frequency distribution plots of residuals and scatter plots for the χlf-MAP and a*/b*-MAT climatic transfer functions.
