Pancancer Transcriptomic Profiling Identifies Key PANoptosis Markers as Therapeutic Targets

Data downloaded from TCGA to perform tumor stratification into PANoptosis clusters based on a PANoptosis gene signature. We design a systematic framework to determine the key innate immune biomarkers for cancers where PANoptosis has a prognostic association with overall survival.
