We found that HOXB7 promotes HCC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. To further explore the mechanism, we performed a cDNA microarray assay to compare the differential gene expression profiles of HOXB7 depletion (HOXB7-siRNA-treated) and negative control siRNA-treated in MHCCLM3 cells. Overall design: Biological sample: HOXB7-siRNA-treated MHCCLM3 cells vs. negative control siRNA-treated MHCCLM3 cells. Replicates: One replicate per array, the cells independently transfected, grown and harvested. Comparisons were made between HOXB7-siRNA group and control group.
