Whole-exome sequencing of genomic DNA extracted from mouse tumor cell lines

Whole-exome sequencing was performed on DNA samples extracted from four mouse tumor cell lines grown in vitro. The aim of this analysis was determining the immunogenicity of mouse tumor. Exome and RNA sequencing and in silico prediction of T cell epitope were used to identify the candidate epitope.
