Identification and analysis of full-length transcripts involved in the biosynthesis of insecticidal lignan (+)-haedoxan A in Phryma leptostachya

In order to have a more comprehensive insight into (+)-haedoxan A biosynthesis, we applied a combination of single-molecule real-time (SMRT) sequencing and next-generation sequencing (NGS) to identify and characterize the full-length transcripts of root, leaf and stem tissues from P. leptostachya.
