The brake mechanism 104 is provided with the connection member 105 which moves in the 2nd space 92 in response to the movement of the operation member 100， and the housing 4 has the opening 94 which connects 1st space and the 2nd space 92， It suppresses that waste is accumulate|stored in the 2nd space 92.
