Water samples of streams, saturated soils, water tracks, springs, lakes,precipitation, and surface depressions were collected within the Kuparuk River basin, 2012-2014. Samples were filtered (0.7 uM) upon collection and stored free of headspace under refrigeration until analysis. delta 18O and delta 2H were analyzed on a Picarro cavity ring-down spectrometer against standards including Barrow Light Precipitation (BLP), Hawaii Ocean Water (HOW), and Standard Light Antarctic Precipitation (SLAP), as appropriate. All delta values are presented relative to Vienna Standard Mean Ocean Water.
