Jose, Afif, Demetrio and Emilio Kabande, 1914

This image is a digital reproduction of a series of sepia photographs donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny. The photograph features portraits of four of the Kabande brothers – Jose (top left) Afif (bottom right), Demetrio (top right) and Emilio (bottom left). Emilio Kabande was married to Katrina Sa’ade from 1914-1916 when he died in a train crash. This image exists as part of the Kabande Family collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.
