A dataset of Cardo poly (ether sulfone) toughened E51/DETDA epoxy resin and its carbon fiber composites

1.Date 1 is 1H NMR spectrum date of PES-C. This data was obtained from an NMR spectrometer(AV-III 400 MHz NMR spectrometer). The final curve plot was obtained by plotting in Origin using the NMR raw data.2.Date 2 is  FTIR spectrum date of  all samples. Raw documentation for all samples were obtained by infrared spectrometer(Bruker TENSOR 27 Instrumen). The final graph was plotted in Origin using the data from infrared spectrometer.3.Date 3 is  storage modulus date of  all samples. This data was obtained from the dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer( TA DMA850 instrument).The final curve plot was obtained by plotting in Origin using the DMA raw data.4.Date 4 is glass transition temperature  date of  all samples. The glass transition temperature  date was obtained from the  tan δ curves of each sample. The final graph was plotted by Origin.5.Date 5 is  thermogravimetric date of all samples. These date were obtained from a thermogravimetric analyzer(Netzsch TG 209 F3).  The final curve plot was obtained by plotting in Origin using the TG raw data.6.Date 6 are tensile strength and elongation date of all samples. These date were obtained from  universal testing machine. The final graph was plotted by Origin.7.Date 7 are flexural strength and flexural fracture strain date of all samples. The flexural strength date were obtained from  universal testing machine(Shimadzu AG-IS) and calculated by the formula δ=3PL/2bd^2. The flexural fracture strain date were obtained from  universal testing machine(Shimadzu AG-IS). The final curve plot was obtained by plotting in Origin.8.Date 8 is  fracture toughness date of all samples. The fracture toughness date were calculated by the formula f(x)=6*(x*0.5)*[1.99-x*(1-x)*(2.15-3.93x+2.7x^2)]/[(1+2x)(1-x)^1.5], Kic=[P/(B*W^2)]*f(x).The final curve plot was obtained by plotting in Origin.9.Date 9 is impact strength date of all samples. These date were obtained from pendulum impact tester(XJVY-5.5). The final graph was plotted by Origin.10.Date 10 is  load-displacement curve date for four samples. These data are selected from the data of the corresponding samples. The final graph was plotted by Origin.11.Date 11 is  mode-II interlaminar fracture toughness date of all samples. The mode-II interlaminar fracture toughness date were obtained from  universal testing machine(Shimadzu AG-IS) and calculated by the formula  GIIC=3*m*(P^2)*(a^2)/(2B). The final graph was plotted by Origin.12.Date 12 is 13C NMR spectrum date of PES-C. This data was obtained from an NMR spectrometer(AV-III 400 MHz NMR spectrometer).
