Cambodia (2013): FoQus among hidden MSM in Cambodia. Round I.

The target population for this study is men who have sex with men who do not reveal their sexual orientation and/or behaviors openly, mainly due to social stigma, and are thus not generally reached by current interventions. Thus, qualitative in-depth interviews are used to identify gaps in program targeted as MSM. The study focuses on hidden MSM who live in certain provinces and use condoms and lubricant consistently and correctly with male partners. PSI/Cambodia conducted a qualitative in-depth interview study to gather information. Community-based researchers MSMs, who are experienced in qualitative research to conduct interviews, use audio recordings as a tool to collect data.
