Data and Code for "Comparing Metapopulation Dynamics of Infectious Diseases under Different Models of Human Movement" by Daniel Citron et al.<br>The two R markdown notebooks explain how to perform the analysis of malaria transmission and importation on Bioko Island in Equatorial Guinea.<br><br>The notebook "Travel_Destination_Choice_Model.Rmd" explains how to model travelers' destination choices.
