mRNAseq data for differentiated and mitotically-quiescent Normal Human Urothelial (NHU) cells at 14 days post infection (dpi) with BKPyV Overall design: NHU cells from seven independent donors were differentiated (according to PMID: 15784840) and infected with BKPyV (Dunlop strain) at a multiplicity of infection of 1.
