The accessible genome regions in inducible melanoma tumor cells grown in the presence or absence of T cells

The goal of this ATAC sequencing design is to identify critical transcription factors in controlling melanoma tumor growth to evade T cell anti-tumor immunity. The melanoma was induced by tamoxifen followed by T cell depletion with anti-CD4/8. The tumor cells were sorted according to EGFP for following ATAC-seq library preparation.
