Whole-genome sequencing association results for multimodal brain imaging phenotypes

This repository contains supplementary association results accompanying the manuscript Rare genetic variation links the human brain to disease beyond common variants. The deposited files include significant variant-level associations identified through whole-genome sequencing analyses of approximately 80,000 UK Biobank participants of White ancestry, as well as complete gene-based and variant-level validation results from the independent Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study. The analyses cover three brain imaging modalities: regional brain volumes, diffusion tensor imaging parameters, and independent component analysis-derived functional network traits. Additional information on the individual data files is provided in the accompanying README.
