Vibrio cholerae MZO-3. Vibrio cholerae MZO-3 is clinical isolated from Bangladesh. This strain is an O37 serotype and does not have genes for the cholera toxin or the toxin-coregulated pilus, two important virulence factors in Vibrio cholerae. This strain will be used for comparative analysis with other Vibrio cholerae.
