Supplementary Dataset for Identification of Stress-Responsive Transcription Factors Interacting with Cysteine Desulfurase in Potato

This dataset contains the processed gene expression data used in the study titled "Identification of Stress-Responsive Transcription Factors Interacting with Cysteine Desulfurase through Co-expression Network Analysis under Drought, Heat, and Salinity Conditions in Potato (Solanum tuberosum)". The provided Excel file includes the Log2 Fold Change (Log2FC) values for genes under Heat, Salinity, and Drought stress conditions compared to the control. Positive values indicate upregulation. Negative values indicate downregulation. These values were used for the co-expression network and heatmap analyses presented in the manuscript.
