Nasonovia ribisnigri DNA WGS Illumina and nanopore reads

These data were used for genome and transcriptome assembly and annotation in order to analyse the resistance-breaking mechanisms in host plant (lettuce) resistant biotypes of Nasonovia ribisnigri.
