This dataset provides global cropland evapotranspiration (ET) products, spanning the years 2000 to 2022 with a spatial resolution of 1 kilometer. As a key factor governing crop water demand, quantifying the spatial distribution and interannual variation trends of cropland ET is critical for implementing effective measures to boost grain yield, reduce water consumption, and ultimately achieve global food security and sustainable water resources development. This dataset reveals the fine-grained spatial distribution pattern and interannual variation characteristics of global cropland ET, offering critical data support for understanding the regional disparities in water demand for global agricultural production and the underlying driving mechanisms of such variations.
