Gene expression kinetics in Murine Gut wall tissue: Reference (Total RNA Mixture of all samples) vs. Probiotics/Salmonella treated mice. Mus musculus

Transcriptional profiling of mouse gut wall tissue following infection with Salmonella or treatment with Probiotics to see the role of probiotics in preventing salmonella infection through gut mucosal route of mouse. Overall design: Six-condition experiment with kinetics for 3 time points, Untreated mice (NT) vs. treatment with Salmonella(ST)/Lactobacillus acidophilus(LA)/Bacillus clausii(BC)/STLA/STBC. Biological replicates: 1 control (Pooled from 3 replicates), 1 transfected (pooled from 3 replicates).
