Microbiota in endometrial pathology and cancer

Here, we profile the viable endometrial microbiota of humans with and without endometrial cancer stratified according to Body Mass Index using 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. We also profile the microbiota of samples adjacent to the tumor. Next, we profile the viable endometrial microbiota of mice on chronic high fat diet with different endometrial pathologies using 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.
