File name: Activity_5to11months
Activity data acquired using telemetry are reported for APPswe and WT mice; values were obtained by averaging the values over a recording period of three days. Mice of the two groups are reported in different columns. Each row contain the average values of activity for 5 min intervals. Data starts at 8PM when lights go ON (inactive phase), until the end of the active phase (i.e. time span of the data is 24h)
