This repository contains raw and processed datasets supporting the article “Visible-Light–Triggered BMP-2 Release from Enzymatically Crosslinked Marine Collagen–Alginate Hydrogel Blends Enhances Osteogenesis in Dental Pulp Stem Cells.” The dataset includes BMP-2 release kinetics (ELISA), hydrogel rheology, oxygen microprofiling, light-calibration logs, cell viability assays, osteogenic differentiation data (ALP, qPCR, mineralization), and imaging (confocal, SEM) analysis. All experiments were performed using marine-derived thiolated gelatin crosslinked with microbial transglutaminase and a 405 nm-cleavable coumarin photocage. The dataset enables independent verification of light-triggered BMP-2 release, cytocompatibility, and osteogenic outcomes.
