The aim of this work is to shed light with the help of jurisprudence on some always debatable issues and topics that have been open for many years. Reparation for victims, international responsibility between individuals and international organizations and states are topics that do not reach a final conclusion despite the continuous jurisprudence on the matter. On the one hand the European Convention of Human Rights, on the other the projects of the International Law Commission allow us to discuss a lot and to see the points of reference in jurisprudence, the clashes, the meeting positions in various cases which up to now have been addressed without unity and effectiveness in the sector of international responsibility.
