ChIP-seq of Sgo1p on mitotic chromosomes of Saccharomyces cerevisiae

We report the genome-wide localization of Sgo1p in mitosis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae using ChIP-seq. The high resolution mapping clearly shows a tripartite domain of Sgo1p in each mitotic chromosome. This domain requires the wildtype tension sensing motif (TSM) of histone H3.本研究利用染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）技术，报道了酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）有丝分裂过程中Sgo1p的全基因组定位特征。该高分辨率定位图谱清晰显示，每条有丝分裂染色体中均存在Sgo1p的三分结构域。该结构域的形成依赖于组蛋白H3的野生型张力感应基序（TSM）。
