The database contains 141,943 signatures, 2,085 cell types, 2,005 publications, 2,925 tissue types and 1,096 disease datasets. It supports rapid, reliable and automated cell type annotation, and is applicable to single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics and bulk transcriptomics data analysis. CellKb is updated every 4 months, integrating the latest research findings to provide researchers with high-precision cell type annotation tools.
