To investigate the mechanism(s) underlying FBP-induced cytotoxicity and apoptosis in FR-overexpressing KB cancer cells, using next-generation sequencing (NGS), followed by bioinformatics analysis. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for KB cells treated with 50 µM FBP for 0, 6, 12, and 24 hours.
