Supporting data for "Decipher the effects and functions of BCL2A1 in ovarian cancer growth"

This dataset about the study focus on BCL2A1 role in ovarian cancer.The dataset includes both raw and processed data from various experiments, including TEM, Cofocal, flow cytometry date, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, immunoblotting, RNA sequencing, mouse model. Each file is organized by assay names and processing data were organized by thesis chapter.Our project aims to comprehensive characterization of the molecular mechanisms and functions of BCL2A1 in both aspects of apoptosis and autophagy. It will significantly advance our understanding of survival, metastasis and therapy outcome in EOC. This study bridges the gap between stress adaptation and therapeutic limitation, offering a novel framework to exploit apoptotic-autophagic crosstalk in cancer therapy.
