LIRI-JP是来源于国际肿瘤基因组协作组（ICGC）的肝细胞癌公开数据集，贡献单位包括日本理化研究所（RIKEN）等研究组织。数据中包含232例诊断为肝细胞癌且没有经过前期治疗的患者的肿瘤组织和癌旁组织。其中RNA测序平台为Illumina Hiseq，并且按照GRCh37版本进行拼装。测序数据的序列比对使用了Bwa-0.5.8a算法，表达数据根据FKPM进行标准化。LIRI-JP is a public hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) dataset sourced from the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC). Contributing research institutions include the Japanese Institute of Physical and Chemical Research (RIKEN) and other organizations. The dataset contains tumor and matched adjacent non-tumor tissues from 232 patients diagnosed with HCC who had not undergone any prior treatment. RNA sequencing was conducted on the Illumina HiSeq platform, with genome assembly performed using the GRCh37 reference build. Sequence alignment of the sequencing data was implemented using the BWA-0.5.8a algorithm, and gene expression data was normalized via the FKPM standardization method.
