The Icerya purchasi( Hemiptera: Monophlebidae) is a serious garden pest,which mainly feeding on leaves and seriously impacting the edible and ornamental value of plants. Through the integration of Hi-C, PacBio and Illumina sequencing data, we completed chromosome-level genome assembly of Icerya purchasi. This will provide basic data for research in the genetics and biology of Icerya purchasi.
