资源简介:
Prostate cancer is a leading cause of male cancer driven by multifactorial components, including the effect of androgen and its receptor. Long non-coding RNAs are important players in cancer, involved in gene expression regulation. PVT1, a lncRNA, is upregulated in various types of cancer and interacts with androgen receptor. This study explores the mechanisms by which PVT1 acts in prostate cancer under androgen treatment. To study PVT1 function, knockdown of PVT1 was carried out via CRISPR-Cas13d in LNCaP cells, under androgen (R1881) or vehicle (EtOH) treatment. Proliferation, invasion and apoptosis rate were measured. RNA-seq and Cut&Run of six epigenetic marks (AR, EZH2, H3K4me1, H3K4me3, H3K27me3 and H3K27Ac) were investigated.
