Data for: INTRANASAL OSTEOSARCOMA IN DOG – CASE REPORT

Abstract: Osteosarcoma is the most commonly reported bone tumor in dogs, typically affecting the axial and appendicular skeleton. Involvement of the paranasal sinuses and the nasal cavity is extremely rare. This report describes a six-year-old, female, cross-breed dog presented with signs of 90 days duration and diagnosed with a mass located in the right nasal cavity. Radiography, rhinoscopy and computed tomography findings suggested the presence of an intranasal tumor. Osteosarcoma in the nasal cavity was diagnosed based on histopathological examination and clinical and imaging findings. Survival time was 12 months from diagnosis. 摘要：骨肉瘤（Osteosarcoma）是犬类最常见的骨肿瘤，通常累及轴骨与附肢骨骼。副鼻窦及鼻腔受累的病例极为罕见。本病例报告记录了一只6岁雌性混血犬，其临床症状持续90天，经检查确诊右侧鼻腔内存在肿物。X射线摄影（Radiography）、鼻镜检查（Rhinoscopy）与计算机断层扫描（Computed Tomography）结果均提示存在鼻内肿瘤。结合组织病理学检查结果、临床症状及影像学表现，最终确诊为鼻腔骨肉瘤。该犬自确诊后的生存期为12个月。关键词：骨肿瘤、犬、肿瘤、兽医病理学（来源：医学主题词表（MeSH））
