Gzipped fastq file of reads from sequencing of CD138+ plasma cells (multiple myeloma) using Ion S5, MiSeq, and Nanopore platforms. The patient sample has been characterized in a previous paper (pt. 1):Cédile O, Hansen MH, Dahlmann SK, Kristensen TK, Abildgaard N, Nyvold CG. PMID: 36708872.The Oxford Nanopore reads are converted to fastq-like format, where only the sequences have been preserved but is compatible with the swigh-score analysis tools. This tool can be downloaded from http://github.com/marcus-hoy-hansen/swigh-score and has been tested on Ubuntu version 18 to 22.
