This dataset contains the complete analytical data supporting the manuscript entitled Neoproterozoic tectonic evolution of the Punta del Este Terrane, southern Dom Feliciano Belt (southeastern Brazil and eastern Uruguay): evidence from zircon, titanite and monazite U–Pb geochronology and zircon Lu–Hf isotope data, submitted to Tectonics. The dataset includes the complete LA-ICP-MS U–Pb zircon, titanite, and monazite geochronological analyses, together with zircon Lu–Hf isotopic data used in this study.
