As part of the AIMS project's Konza synoptic sampling event, this file contains the results of chlorophyll-a quantification for rock surfaces and surface water from the upper King's Creek at the Konza Prairie Biological Station. Quantified via HPLC fluorescence detection and expressed in terms of mg per cm^2 of rock area or mg per L of water filtered.

本文件作为AIMS项目孔扎同步采样活动的组成部分，收录了孔扎草原生物站（Konza Prairie Biological Station）内上金斯溪上游区域岩石表面与地表水的叶绿素a（chlorophyll-a）定量检测结果。本次定量检测采用高效液相色谱（High Performance Liquid Chromatography，HPLC）荧光检测法完成，检测结果以毫克每平方厘米岩石面积或毫克每升过滤水样为单位进行表述。
