This file contains the details of sheep heart RNA sequencing samples and the statistical analysis relative to the sheep reference transcriptome. Details for each tab include:<b>All Samples</b>- A table of sample details and statistics for the fastq or alignment analysis of each RNA sequencing sample.<b>Experiment 1 matrix</b>- Salmon alignment for experiment 1 samples relative to the reference transcriptome, where values are shown as the transcripts per million (TPM).<b>Experiment 1 Significant Genes</b>- The P-value for each transcript shown in Figure 2 reaching a Bonfroni-corrected significance of &lt;0.05 and Log2 fold change &gt;1 or &lt;-1.<b>Experiment 1 ECHO-Histo Data</b>- The animal echo and histology data for tissues processed that also have RNA sequencing data. <b>Experiment 1 Correlation</b>- A Pearson correlation for the echo and histology data relative to significant transcripts of RNA sequencing.<b>Experiment 2 matrix</b>- Salmon alignment for experiment 2 samples relative to the reference transcriptome, where values are shown as the transcripts per million (TPM).<b>Experiment 2 Significant Genes</b>- The P-value for each transcript shown in Figure 2 reaching a Bonfroni-corrected significance of &lt;0.05 and Log2 fold change &gt;1 or &lt;-1.<b>Experiment 3 matrix</b>- Salmon alignment for experiment 3 samples relative to the reference transcriptome, where values are shown as the transcripts per million (TPM).<b>Experiment 3 Significant Genes</b>- The P-value for each transcript shown in Figure 2 reaching a Bonfroni-corrected significance of &lt;0.05 and Log2 fold change &gt;1 or &lt;-1.
