To identify the in vivo targets of ALBA5, we performed enhanced crosslinking by UV and immunoprecipitation followed by high-throughput sequencing (eCLIP-seq) (Zhu et al., 2020) in triplicates using 5-d-old ALBA5-GFP transgenic seedlings grown under normal and heat stressed conditions. eCLIP was performed as previously described (Zhu et al., 2020).
