Dissemination_of_ESBL_enzymes_among_Vibrio_cholerae_isolates_from_Kenya

The aim of this project is to determine the mobile genetic elements carrying resistance determinants to third generation cephalosporins among V. cholerae. This will help us better understand the genetic environment of plasmid (IncA/C) in the phage and the role they play in dissemination of ESBL genes among Vibrio cholerae isolates.
