资源简介：
Total microbial community DNA was isolated from fecal samples obtained from the China Target-C Colorectal Cancer Screening Cohort. 16S rRNA sequencing was performed. The V4 region of the microbial 16S rRNA gene was amplified and sequenced on the Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform (Illumina, San Diego, CA). The study population comprises healthy individuals, patients with non-advanced adenoma, patients with advanced adenoma, and patients with colorectal cancer.
