Dataset for "Acoustic Emission-Based Monitoring for Size-Controlled Robotic Powder Grinding"

This dataset is associated with the study: “Acoustic Emission-Based Monitoring for Size-Controlled Robotic Powder Grinding”. The dataset includes: Raw acoustic emission (AE) time-series data in CSV format recorded during robotic mortar grinding experiments Particle size distribution CSV files measured after grinding Particle-size summary metrics (including D50) Size-class distribution data including scatter-angle and scatter-intensity columns Additional datasets for selected force and motion-speed condition comparisons All experiments were conducted using a robotic mortar-based grinding system under controlled mechanical conditions. The dataset is provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the reported experimental results. No personally identifiable or human subject data are included.
