Deep Learning Reveals Hidden Diversity of Synechococcus in the Coastal Water of China: Novel Clades and Their Ecological Insights

This dataset includes 40,535 OTUs representative sequences (FASTA format) with the corresponding abundance file, 22,980 Synechococcus ITS OTUs representative sequences (FASTA format), and 646 OTUs representative sequences of 14 newly defined clades (FASTA format). All data were generated from the analysis of the ITS sequences collected from the coastal water of China.
