Complete genome of three B. vulgatus strains isolated from healthy Japanese people in Gifu

Fecal sample was collected from a healthy Japanese individual who had regular bowel activity and no history of antibiotic usage during the last three months before the study. All the well-growth anaerobes were collected, identified, and made antibiotic-resistant-gene profiles. Three B. vulgatus strains were chosen based on their diversity in their antibiotic-resistant-gene profiles. Three complete genomes of B. vulgatus strains were obtained by hybrid assembly Illumina and MinION nanopore sequencing data. This work helped to build an informative database of anaerobic genomes.
