ZooPathWeb

ZooPathWeb 1.0 currently recorded 71 pathogen species/subspecies from 14 viruses, 29 bacteria, one chlamydia, one leptospira, 18 parasites (including helminth and protozoan), and eight fungi. Epidemiological data on pathogens were obtained from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) PubMed, and NCBI Nucleotide databases. Whole genome references, annotations, genes, and proteins were downloaded from the NCBI and the WormBase ParaSite (WBP) databases.

ZooPathWeb 1.0 当前已收录71种病原体物种/亚种，涵盖14种病毒、29种细菌、1种衣原体、1种钩端螺旋体、18种寄生虫（包含蠕虫与原生动物）以及8种真菌。该数据集的病原体流行病学数据获取自美国疾病控制与预防中心（Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC）、世界卫生组织（World Health Organization, WHO）、美国国家生物技术信息中心（National Center for Biotechnology Information, NCBI）PubMed数据库以及NCBI核苷酸序列数据库。全基因组参考序列、注释信息、基因及蛋白质数据均下载自NCBI以及WormBase ParaSite（WBP）数据库。
